HMO design

We were tasked with designing this property to be used as an HMO in Nottingham. The property had been extended to allow for more rooms to qualify as an HMO.

An HMO is a rental house with multiple occupants and the resulting space had six bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and dining area to accommodate for this.

As a result, each bedroom had to be individually designed and furnished to appeal to the target market.

For the bedrooms we chose a mixture of deep and vibrant colours on the walls paired with modern accessories. At the same time, for the rest of rooms we emphasised the use of bright accessories throughout the property to give the space a vibrant and modern feel.
